Material Orders
Customers are responsible for determining and providing the correct material quantities needed for their order. The Tile Gallery will not be held responsible for inaccuracies in measurements, quantities, or specifications provided by the customer. All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after the order is placed.
Order Inspection & Acceptance
By completing a purchase, customers confirm they have reviewed and inspected the order details and that:
– The material is in good condition
– The correct size, quantity, and style/texture were selected
– The dye lot and shade (if applicable) are acceptable
Once accepted, orders are deemed correct and complete. The Tile Gallery is not liable for discrepancies found after acceptance.
Disclaimer of Liability for Installation Conditions
Site Conditions
Tile installation may be impacted by pre-existing site conditions, including uneven surfaces, out-of-square floors/walls, or moisture. The Tile Gallery (or installer) is not responsible for correcting these unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Material Variation / Dye Lot
Tile and stone products naturally vary in color, texture, and pattern. Installed materials may differ from samples. Such variations are not considered defects, and The Tile Gallery is not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from them.
Moisture and Temperature
Proper temperature and humidity must be maintained before, during, and after installation. Failure to do so may negatively affect the installation.
Grout and Sealer
Grout and sealers require ongoing maintenance and may crack, discolor, or wear over time. Follow the maintenance recommendations provided by the manufacturer.
Warranties
Workmanship Warranties
Workmanship warranties apply only to installation services performed by The Tile Gallery or its subcontractors.
Product Warranties
Product warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and should be reviewed prior to purchase.
Third-Party Contractors
The Tile Gallery is not responsible for the work quality, delays, or damages caused by contractors hired directly by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
The Tile Gallery’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Payment Terms
All orders require full payment before materials are ordered or released. Unpaid balances may delay delivery.
